Choose Your Partnership Type
We understand that every partner works differently, so we’ve built flexibility into our program.
Referral Partner (Passive)
Simply share your clinic contacts with CandiHealth, and you are not involved after that. Our team handles all pitching, demos, and onboarding. Once the clinic joins, you earn a one-time commission based on the number of patients they start with.
Sales Partner (Active)
If you want to be fully involved in pitching, consulting, or helping clinics get onboarded, this model is for you. You stay part of the process and earn lifetime commissions — $1 per active patient per month, plus 5% of any device rental revenue.

Refer Clinics & Track Progress
When you find a clinic that could benefit from CandiHealth, share their details with us through our referral form. Our team reaches out, explains the program, and helps them get started. Once the clinic joins, you’ll get regular updates about your referrals, so you can see their progress and know when they start. You don’t have to manage anything. We handle the setup, training, and tracking.
Earn Quarterly Payouts
We pay partners every quarter (every three months). You’ll receive your earnings report and payment within 30 days after the quarter ends. Payments are always clear and on time. You’ll know exactly how much you earned and when it’s sent. CandiHealth follows all healthcare and payment rules — every partnership is fully secure and compliant.
